User Agreement for Pura Custodièr Trading Platform

Effective Date: 1 January 2025 | Last Revised: 26 November 2024

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Pura Custodièr ("we," "us," "our," "Platform"). These Terms govern your ("you," "your," "User") access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and restrictions

You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You represent you are not in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited. We may refuse service, apply KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or breach. You are responsible for accurate profile information and for safeguarding credentials.

3. Services, third parties, and risk

We may introduce you to or describe third-party platforms; we are not your broker unless expressly stated. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions and taxes.

4. Fees, acceptable use, and intellectual property

Fees, if any, are as shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, circumventing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of £100 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees.

6. Indemnity, suspension, and termination

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Surviving terms include limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

7. Privacy, governing law, and contact

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; courts in London have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions: [email protected].

Acknowledgment: By registering or using the Services, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. Please retain a copy for your records.
